Hi, I’m Mel, a Perth Photographer, mum of two, and the person behind the camera capturing families through some of life’s most meaningful moments.

From Pregnancy and those early Newborn days through to growing Families, I know just how quickly life moves. One minute you are in the thick of it, and the next you are wondering how time slipped by so fast. That is what draws me to Photography, the chance to slow things down and hold onto the moments that matter most.

My sessions are calm, relaxed and gently guided. There is no pressure to perform or be perfect, just space to be yourselves. I will step in when needed, offer guidance along the way, and let the real connection, laughter and in-between moments unfold naturally.

With over 14 years of experience behind the camera, creating a comfortable and supportive experience is always my priority. I want you to feel at ease from the moment you arrive, knowing you are in safe hands and can simply enjoy this time together.

When I am not working, you will usually find me near the coast chasing soft light, pottering in the garden, or enjoying a quiet coffee after school drop-off. I love the simple things, meaningful connection, unhurried moments, and time with my Family, and that way of living flows into everything I create.
