Meet  Mel

Hi, I'm Mel.

I'm a Perth family photographer, mum of two, and someone who believes the most meaningful photographs are the ones that remind us how a season of life felt, not just how it looked.

As a mum myself, I know how quickly childhood changes. One day you're chasing little feet across the park, and before you know it they're almost grown. Those everyday moments often become the ones we treasure most.

That's why my sessions are calm, relaxed and gently guided. I want you to forget about the camera, enjoy time with the people you love, and leave with memories that feel genuine and unmistakably yours.

For more than 14 years, my priority has been creating an experience where families feel comfortable, cared for and completely at ease. Beautiful photographs naturally follow when people feel relaxed and connected.

Outside the studio you'll usually find me walking our groodle Indie, painting, enjoying the beach with my family, or running the never-ending mum taxi between school and soccer. Creativity has always been part of who I am, and it influences everything I create.

I don't just create photographs for today. I create artwork that becomes part of your family's story for generations to come.
